Abdominal pain with some constipation, reflux, alot of gas and some nausea

I'm experiencing this awful pain traveling up the right side of my abdomen. beneath my right breast bone and ending in the center of my bbreast bone. It causes nausea and lots of gas and bloating. I sometimes wake up to this. I also, regurgitate (throw up) a portion of what I eat, not daily but more than I like.

Someone, please help. I don't have any health coverage, at the moment
