I have been having digestive problems and probably need surgery. I had Gastric Bypass Surgery in 2009, was told in 2010 that a discomfort I had was probably because Cecal Bascule but was not a real problem for me then. My symptoms have become much worse and I always have a feeling of discomfort now, which can become somewhat painful at times. I am confused because, even though I am having the pain, and I am eating small meals, sometimes my stomach growls an hour after I eat and at the same time I am feeling some pain and discomfort. Is it normal to not "feel hungry" after eating and have discomfort at the same time.
