I starting having what feels like constant heart flutters. My blood pressure is good and my heart rate is good. I am not having any pain, just what appears to be heart flutters one right behind the other. I am also constipated and having bad acid reflux problems for the past two weeks. No acid tonight, just what feels like heart flutters. Am i having a heart attact?

If you feel like its serious, you should go to the ER. But I have GERD and sometimes it makes you feel like a heart attack. See a doctor for some prescribed medicine.
