Adult Pyloric Stenosis & Gastrojejunostomy?
Pobytil posted:
47 yo female with Benign Hypertrophic Pyloric stenosis.

This is a structural issue of scarring and overdeveloped muscle. There is no other disease below the stomach.

The surgeon wants to do a Gastrojejunostomy. This involves removing the lower stomach and resecting the upper stomach directly to the jejunum.

Has anyone had this procedure? What was/has been your experience since?
