    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

my husband has had his galbladder removed several years ago. Then along came "gastrointeritis". Took him to a gastro specialist and "everything is normal". Until he has lots of bouts of vomiting(even tho he hasnt eaten or drank), cold sweats, hot flashes, lethargic and abdominal pain. He doesnt sleep, but more passes out, mumbles tosses and groans, labored breathing. The only thing that seems to work is finnagrin. He cant eat let alone drink anything and keep it down. Symptoms last 1-3days. He seems to bloat up before he has the episodes and afterwards he looks much smaller in the abdomin. there never seems to be any one trigger. He has had many er visits bloodwork, ct scans, ect and i've been told its in his head at one point. Well i can honestly say its not in his head when i'm having to take care of him. If anyone has any other names or knows of any conditions that resemble this i would love to hear them.
