I feel like I have to always clear my throat and have what feels like thick mucus....it feels like it travels to my lungs and makes me cough. I actually do cough first thing in the morning..Also feels like mucus behind my nose. Someone thought this could be gerd. I do not have heartburn at all. Anyone else experience this?

It's possible it could a result of acid, but in some, the same symptoms can result from food sensitivity to things like dairy even in small amounts. You might want to consider taking dairy out of your diet and see what happens.

But if you think the issue is due to acid reflux, please check with your doc and get some testing done.
