Causes of nausea other than pregnancy

Hi everyone,

For the past two days I've been having mild nausea. I've never experienced nausea without other symptoms before (ie. when I've had food poisoning, or tummy bug etc). The nausea comes and goes, my appetite is fine.

I am also definitely not pregnant as I'm towards the end of my period now and have not had intercourse.

What else can cause mild nausea besides pregnancy?
Any suggestions? Thanks!
