Crohns Disease

I had colonoscopy the other day for my Crohns. They found 8 polyps, inflammation, and holes/distortion of the cecum. Doctor has never seen these "holes" before, and wants to do further testing. I have a follow up in 2 weeks, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced or has knowledge of what these "holes" could be.
