Digestive problems after gallbladder removal

Help I cant take this anymore, Ive had my gallbladder removed 15 months ago, I am constantly bloated, gassy, constipated, and sharp pains that come on out of no where, I have tried everything from probiotics to digestive enzymes, I dont know what to do anymore, my clothes dont fit, at times I look like i am 5 months pregnant, I have even changed my diet, can anyone suggest anything, thanks
