I would like to know what is causing my recurrent problem......stomach cramps, diahrea, very foul smelling gas....from both ends. please help.

Your first step would be to keep a food diary of everything you eat and drink and try to pinpoint whether there is something that is causing these symptoms.

uti cause foul smells in your flatulence. it also cause lower abdomen pain. it's also very uncomfortable when sitting.
