Stomach bloating can be caused due to constipation, heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, eating too fast, etc. If your bloating is accompanied by diarhea consult your doctor.

Hi whiskers104,

Here are some home treatment options and prevention tips for bloating that you might find helpful. You might try keeping a food journal to see if there are certain foods or food groups that might be causing your symptoms. When I was experiencing things similar to what you describe, it turned out that I am lactose intolerant. After cutting out all dairy, my stomach issues are pretty much non-existent. It could be that you are suffering from a food allergy or intolerance. If your symptoms persist, it might be a good idea to speak with your doctor about them to see if he/she has any suggestions of what you can do to alleviate your pain.

Best wishes,
Atti
