Bloating

I am 55 years old, smoked for over 40 years, quit 1-1/2 years ago, was always 150 pounds all my life, now weigh 200 pounds and always feel bloated, full and very uncomfortable. I have severe COPD. Why am I bloated

Possibly because you gained 50 pounds after you stopped smoking. Weight gain after ceasing tobacco use isn't all that unusual. Losing some weight should help with those bloating symptoms.
