It's possible you are, or perhaps you're reacting to something that is added in the way it's cooked. There are individuals who react to pork, to red meat and to chicken. You may want to consider some food testing using IgA and IgA antibody technology. This does not sound like an IgE type allergy, so if you see an allergist ask for other than IgE testing.
