Belly pain

My 18 year old daughter has recently developed stomach problems. She mentioned about four months ago that she was having some belly pain and bloating. This has gotten to the point that she isn't eating for fear of causing the stomach pain, she has a swelling in the left side, she has passed black stool, she has a pain in the middle of her upper abdomen, rapid weight loss and as of today she has started throwing up. She visited a nurse practitioner about three weeks ago who ran basic blood work and prescribed her acid reducers. She isn't due for a follow up for another two weeks.
