1) First and foremost if you are hyper personality make sure that you slow down. slow down in everything. eg eat food slowly, walk slowly , react slowly etc. Put a stop to heavy exercise, light exercise would do well.
2) Switch to BOILED Food for next 2-3 months. NO SPICES AT ALL.In my case i would just cook rice with all vegetables put in it during making of it. the other food that i ate was Curd/Rice. For breakfast i had Chilled/cold Milk with Muesli (Oat clusters with banana,apple, dates as some of ingredients). Put a COMPLETE STOP to TEA,COFFEE. You must put a complete stop to Red meat and turn to Vegetarian food for next 2-3 months.
3) Eat apples, water melon, banana, Coconut water/juices in plenty.
4) Stop taking h2blockers and ppi drugs 3-4 days after you started this Natural treatment. Only anta acids like Gelucil/Digene are just sufficient to control acidic stomach. When stopping PPI/h2 blockers drugs you may have withdrawal symptom for around 2 days, but just don't worry. keep anta acids in stock for first 10 days and that will do. IDEA is to let stomach HEAL NATURALLY and not with help of drugs.
5) Make sure your stomach is not acidic for long time. You must have wounded stomach kind of a feeling when i talk about acidic stomach. Just gulp 2-3 anta acid tabs like gelucil/digene when ever u felt stomach turning acidic. never go back to PPI/h2 blockers again.
6) Follow stomach exercise, this is to cure your dyspepsia which was result of prolonged acidic stomach. You Stomach must be feeling stressed after every meal then u definitely have a dyspepsia. Search for "KAPALBHATI exercise on youtube and do it for at least 300-500 times every morning EMPTY stomach. Do SIT UP Exercise also if you have a time. My dyspepsia was cured in a month after I strictly followed stomach exercises. I still do them.

I followed kapalbhati, started with 300 every morning and made it to 600 later after seeing improvements.
7) Watch out for trigger food that caused acidity. When ever you felt stomach turning acidic gulp couple of gelusil/digene pills. Trust me if you followed complete boiled food/veg food /cold milk food habbits you will never need the tablets again. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT for YOU and YOUR STOMACH TO FORGET that pills are needed to lead a natural eating life. And for this you must be out of all kinds of drugs and that can only be done by following points listed about strictly on 100% Basis. It really is tough on us to follow this schedule but We do not have a choice. And again this is only for 2-3 months. I started recovering in 30-45 days, and have now almost recovered completely.
Other things you have to do is that once you feel the recovery process taking shape , i.e you see benefits, then you can start introducing forbidden food few portions at a time. This means as if you are re introducing food in small quantities to your stomach to see of it is okay to have that. Slowly you will notice that you are able to eat anything.
9) Look for ALKALINE/ACIDIC Food chart. Idea is to switch to ALKALINE food for few months. I just ate Boiled rice cooked with vegetables (lunch) /curd rice (dinner) /chilled milk-oats (breakfast) for almost 2 months before i saw i was recovering. fast. Here are some links;
10) Do not over eat. Just eat light foods. Drink alkaline juice after every meal like Coconut water,watermelon juice,apple juice , or eat a Banana after every meal.
11) My acidity problems were result of SOLITARY lifestyle (I was out of work for almost 16 months), and Anxiety and panic attacks that would affect my stomach area. Solitary Lifestyle is no good for you. Go and make yourself busy and follow points above to Restore your stomach back.
