After 17 yrs of acid reflux, diarrhea,B12 deficiency, extreme heartburn, lactose intolerance, I found the answer.

The proton pump inhibitors I had to take for 17 years finally had no positive effects. Now 2 years gluten free I have no heartburn, no diarrhea, no lactose intolerance ( it was the cereal, not the milk), no
vitamin B12 injections (proton pump inhibitors deplete the body of B-12), no acid reflux, no more proton pump inhibitors!
