haven't managed to do any of my college work but have a night off from working at the bar and have chosen my new cell phone
2.What good thing is in your life this week? SNOW
we don't get enough of it over here in the UK
3. What are you struggling with this week? my work ( too much snow around to concentrate on boring things like that )
also writing a food diary for the 2nd part of my assessment next week 
4. Tell us about one of your good/strong qualities. I am a good listener. People always talk to me about their problems and I can normally offer good advice. They also know I don't gossip
5. Are you able to accept a compliment? No. People keep saying don't be silly but I just can't, what is there to compliment??

Snow! I've seen the news showing all the snow you're getting there. Has it eased off a bit or is it hanging around still? Glad you're enjoying it. Made a snow angel yet?
The thing about compliments, when we deny them, we deny that person's right to their perception of us. I had a VERY hard time accepting compliments (and still do at times) but have taught myself to just accept, to hear what the other person is telling me, and to understand that they have a right to think highly of me one way or another.

1. How are you doing today? well it's early and i wish i could sleep but i can't. i'm really jittery.
2. What good thing is in your life this week? food and excersize have been stable. i have an interview today for a job. been getting tons of work done, including studying for the GRE's.
3. What are you struggling with this week? i think i'm in the early stages of a manic cycle.
4. Tell us about one of your good/strong qualities. i guess i'm determined to get through this whole mess that we call life.
5. Are you able to accept a compliment? i don't know. i'm still really insecure. i feel like i don't deserve a compliment and i can't look people in the eye when they give me one... or ever, really.

1. Today is Ok, off from work because of the snow. Snow day for the kids.
2. Good things this week would be not so much going on but work, not running around with kids, hopefully a nice quiet week.

1. Not good; struggling to get more than 300 calories into the bod today and keep it there without purging it.
2. My kids! both grown and out of the house, but they stay in touch. My hubby's hugs.
3. Just eating and being terrified of food and this whole process of getting "better."
4. I'm a writer and am good with words. Love to sing.

2. What good thing is in your life this week? i'm into the 2nd week of my new job.. plus, my long lost brother (who found me on myspace in 06) is meeting our dad for dinner tonight... they haven't seen each other since longer than i've been alive. very emotional yet good.
3. What are you struggling with this week? not keeping much down or in my body.
