    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Hi Laurie,

I've often wondered how you were doing and I'm sorry for your need to be here again. (((softhugs)))

Do you have anyone to talk to in order to help you deal with all that's occurring with school and family? Have you discussed this with your doctor so you can get some help for your depression?

Please, Laurie, consider entering into therapy if you're not already. You need and deserve some real help.

Either way, you are always welcome here and I hope that talking here helps to ease the pressure.

It's also clear that you're very aware of what you're doing, how you're spiraling. And I'm not surprised as you are a smart young woman. Coming here was a good first step. But perhaps also start taking little steps to make different choices. The drinking is adding to the depression. The not eating is also messing with your thinking. Little by little, use that awareness to make some changes for yourself.
You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
