    A Disorder or not
    nopoin posted:
There has been several times over the last 2 years that I have made myself throw up because I ate some food I really didn't want, then I would drinking two glasses of water fast once until I felt like I was going to get sick I would stick anything i could use to make myself throw up. The problem is one day of getting sick 2 or 3 times makes the next 2 days where I cant stomach to eat any thing. so I don't cause i know as long as I feel sick I will make myself be sick, hoping that the balance in my body will go back to normal. Is this a mild form of an eating disorder, and how can I control it more?

We all eat food that we feel later we should have eaten, trying to throw it up sounds a little extreme. If you dont do it often I would think too much of it but if it becomes a regular thing I would be concerned. I hope that helps a little.

Thanks that helps a little, It's something I will keep a closer watch on and keep written track off so I can let my doctor know it becomes a bigger issue.
