I went to a new doctor today and I really really liked him! He is sending me to physical therapy for my pelvic floor muscles, and I have to go back to his office to get some test done where they are testing my bladder (I can't remember what the condition is called) So i'm excited because he seems to think that if i do the p.t and they find out if i have that bladder condition my pain will get much better!!!

Is the condition Intersistal Cystitus? They had me tested for that too. I also did the PT for pelvic floor muscles and even though some of it isnt joyous, it will help you, really it will! Let us know how it goes!

Good luck and I'm happy to hear that your doctor has a plan of action. I have not done pelvic pt, but I've heard it works wonders for some. Keep us updated please on how it all goes.

Congrats! It's so nice to find a doctor that your really like. I am doing physical therapy for pelvic floor muscles as well. At first I thought my doctor was crazy, but I realized I needed it! It helped, but didn't help the pain. It sounds like the test is for IC, but may not be. I hope you find some relief soon!
