First of all, have you been diagnosed by a laparoscopy? that is the only true way to know if you have endo and to what extent. From there you and your dr can determine what treatment is best for you and preserving your fertility if possible. Each woman is so different and treatment varies.
I am 35, was diagnosed with Endo 20 years ago. I've since undergone 8 surgeries and used numerous other hormonal/non hormonal treatments. I've also been fortunate enough to have 2 children, something we thought wasn't possible! Take it one day at a time and don't get ahead of yourself. you are young and treatments have come a LONG way from what they were. Good luck!

she is correct a lap is the only way to be definitively diagnosed.

and know endo is not a "no baby" diagnosis.
there are millions of women who have endo and don't even know and and go on to have a normal life and children etc.
i TTC for 6 years before conceiving my beautiful son. and i know of a dozen women from this page alone who have children of their own.
you are still young but just make sure you do get a handle on it as best you can to increase you chances

I was diagnosed with level 4 endo when I was 19. I have had 7 surgeries to remove various growths, cysts, etc. I have been on every BCP under the sun, the Depo shot, and Lupron. I was told that it would be nearly impossible for me to have children without significant medical intervention, if at all. I was devastated.

My husband and I were married in May of 2004, that October we conceived our 7 year old son. When he was 19 months old we conceived our 5 year old daughter. Three years ago I had surgery to remove my left ovary because it was causing so much pain and still growing cysts. This July we are expecting our third child. (It was medical issues other than the endo that caused the gap between #2 and #3)

Long story short, no the diagnosis of endo does not mean automatic infertility - even if some major interventions have been taken.
