    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Hey everyone. I just ordered this DVD on Amazon, and wanted to share it with everyone. I have not tried it out yet (just got it in the mail yesterday), but I showed the videos to my physical therapist and she really liked it. Knowing that exercise can help pain, I'm really trying to start something. (I also have lost 77 pounds in the last year, and have some firming to do!) I will repost after I try it out, but I wanted to go ahead and share it. You can order from their website, but you have to register first and I never got a response, so I just ordered from Amazon.

Thanks for sharing! Please keep us updated on how it works out for you. I am going to order it soon as well. I've been wanting to try pilates for quite some time and since this focuses on pelvic pain, it's a bonus.

Well I did some of this last night and really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, my dogs thought the mat was for them to lay on and then when I got on the floor they thought I was there to pet them and play with them. So what I got done between dogs licks and nudges I enjoyed! (I probably got more of an exercise from laughing so much!)

I have been doing Pilates and Yoga for the past year and they have helped immensely with the pain (and my figure!) Of course I can't do them the week before or of my period, but it has done amazing things for both my physical and mental health. My puppies also think I am getting down to play wth them! They have learned that it is my time and now wait patiently until I am finished...the cat, however, is another story. ;-)

I have got to start doing my yoga again. I have jogged 4 times this week. I'm so proud of me. I can tell a difference in how I feel when i exercise! :)
