Unfortunately, my dogs thought the mat was for them to lay on and then when I got on the floor they thought I was there to pet them and play with them. So what I got done between dogs licks and nudges I enjoyed! (I probably got more of an exercise from laughing so much!)

Hi Sam...I do pilates..becareful...they will make you cramp more...as it concenrates on your "core muscles". Please let us know how it's working for you in the Discussion Area.

I have been doing Pilates and Yoga for the past year and they have helped immensely with the pain (and my figure!) Of course I can't do them the week before or of my period, but it has done amazing things for both my physical and mental health. My puppies also think I am getting down to play wth them! They have learned that it is my time and now wait patiently until I am finished...the cat, however, is another story. ;-)

I have got to start doing my yoga again. I have jogged 4 times this week. I'm so proud of me. I can tell a difference in how I feel when i exercise! :)
