    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    The Dalai Lama on Life...
    phylisfeinerjohnson posted:
A question was posed to the Dalai Lama:

"What is the thing about humanity that surprises you the most?"

    His answer was as follows:

"Man" — Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he doesn't enjoy the present,

And as a result he doesn't live in the present or the future.

And he lives as if he's never going to die,
And then he dies having never really lived."

How True! For Some! Wouldn't know. Never worked long enough to make money. I ain't anxious about the future. My Past I have Enjoyed. Once I learned to "watch out for the soda cans & bumps" as the Little boy I sit, says. I live for the Day, the moment & the future just Happens. Sometimes as Planned, other times, well, ya know how Life Interferes.

I live Knowing I will die. And have learned to ENJOY & to tell others' to ENJOY, B4 I do!

Hope you are having a Good Day. ENJOY!

    Love Candi
