Lowering the seizure threshold

I was wondering what kinds of things lower the seizure threshold. i know - certain medications, lack of sleep, stress, diet, infection. What else is there?

Genetics! And Lack of Sleep causes you body to Stress, too. Environment Factors. I will see what else I can Find. But, I think we got it covered.

Forgot to Add this Latest Info. Brain Chemicals: reduced serotonin, melatonin & dopamine Levels.

Also, Cigarettes! Hormones Levels. Sodium Imbalances. You listed Diet. Guess that would include Blood Sugar Levels. And Sodium Levels. But, then there is Nutrient/supplement additives & drug interactions. Possibly Vaccines, which is being discussed on Facebook. Not sure if it's due to already having a Low Threshold or Cause of.

Some people are sensitive to flourescent lights and it causes them headaches... I guess what ever is a trigger for you can lower your threshold ? Flourescent lights really bother me sometimes.
