Daily seizures
russinpueblo posted:
For the last seven years i have been dealing with some sort of epilepsy. Doctors have done test after test on me and each of them have variable results. All of this stems from a work related accident back in 2005. I have been put on every type of anti seiz meds, all they do is give me more seizures. So the discussion i am looking for is if anybody has the same issue or maybe a different outlet

Hello Russ,

The fact that your seizures may have been due to a work related issue. Traumatic Brain Injury? These are Very Hard to find Control for. I know! I went thru ten yrs of medication 'trial & errors.' You haven't Possibly tried Every Med. There are over 28 meds available for Epilepsy, now.

Daily Seizures? Do you have a Clue about what may be triggering them? Do you keep a Daily Journal which is More than just a Seizure Tracker. See Journals on Page 3?? of Tips. Start one Today!

Alternatives? Yes, there are Lots of those, too. Everything from Chiropractic Specialist to Diet to Yoga &/or meditation.

Variable results on tests are to be expected. Seizure activity Must be present at time of EEG's. If not noted/recorded, another possibility is that the origin (focus point) is buried to deep in the brain to be noted. Have you ever been placed in an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit? Or sought a Seizure Specialist (epileptologist)?

HUGS! Love Candi
