Help finding a GREAT Neurologist

I live up in Northern California, we have only 2 neurologists here. One is to busy to remember who you are and one is hard too understand/communicate with because English is not his primary language. I there anyone out in Epland wsho knows of a GOOD, REALLY GOOD doctor? I was dx with Epilepsy (2-18-2011) at the age of 58, suffered a clonic tonic at work, and haven't worked since then. Over 6 months ago. All my doctor does is increase my Depakote dosage every time I have a "spell". I have had 2 eegs, cat scan and mri. The Depakote makes me foggy and forgetful ( anyone forgetful?). I have great health insurance and just need to get to a great doc. Chico, CA is 1 1/2 hour drive and Oregon border is also 1 1/2 hr drive. I'll go to Sacrmento, San Francisco, anywhere at this point. The depression/anxiety is harder to live with than the epilepsy!

I replied to this post yesterday & the reply never showed. That's why I started a separate Discussion/Thread for Kath. Haylen, I know I ain't the only one having problems w/ posting replies & threads. Most times it take a few minutes for a Post/Reply to appear. I've read the 'warning' & I'm Patient, Waiting.
But, Phylis, I Know, is having problems posting again. (Is anyone else reading this having problems, also?) I had to Post the jewelry site for Phylis & it took more than a few minutes. Some of my replies have taken over 30 minutes. Then, yesterday, didn't take at all. 
It's getting Frustrating. Should I contact WebMD & Inform them or Can You let the techs Know there has been problems on this Board?

And Kath, I hope you find a good doctor. There is nothing more frustrating than a doctor who just keeps increasing the one medicine you are on. It seems to me you need a different AED, but that is up to your new doctor to decide. I wish the best for you.
