Ejaculation Problems!

Wholelottarosie posted:
I have a new boyfriend of 6 months now. We started have a sexual relationship in February. To this date the man has not ejaculated once. The sex is the best we have ever had, we both agree, and I can't understand why he is unable to ejaculate. Can anyone help me with this because I am so frustrated I don't know what to do.

Thank you.

Hi: Ask him if he can ejaculate by masturbating. If he can then you may want to work with him in/masturating as part of your sexual experience. Make a game out of it. "Tonight I am going to.........." Have some fun.

Maybe he has retrograde ejaculation where the sperm go back into his bladder or maybe he is just not putting fluid into the urethra. We see this after some surgeries or with some medications, but it is not normal for a healthy guy without a reason. I think he should go see a urologist to be sure all is okay. This is important.

I am in my late 50's, am diabetic, obese with high cholesterol and high blood pressure [metabolic syndrome> amongst other health issues including mental health disorders. I have an ejaculation problem that is far more serious than my ED problem. I have tried Cialis and Levitra but neither have helped my ejaculation problem. The medications I take indeed have a significant effect on my problems, as well my testosterone level is below normal. I am considering taking testosterone shots as I cannot afford the gel. The urologist I saw regarding this also recommended a medical cock ring. He didn't think that I needed the pump. I can ejaculate on occasion while watching porn but have only once ever achieved ejaculation with my lover. This is exceedingly frustrating although sex is very satisfying and passionate. Hopefully things will improve and some of what I have said may help or give others something to think about.
