no blood flow to tip of penis and cold testicles

The tip of my penis does not enlarge anymore when i get an erection and my testicles are always cold. I have seen my doctor about it and all my tests come back fine. It has left me with a softer erection as well. This has been going on for almost 2 years now. Even Cialis does not help. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything my urologist has missed?

I have had the same issue. I was thinking this is a nerve or vascular issue. Has anyone found out what this is and what could have caused it?

I am wondering the same thing and have the exact same problem but just not as long a time.

Testicles are supposed to be cooler than the rest of your body, that's why they're in a sac hanging outside your body. Not sure if this seems to be a new symptom for you, or why you're more aware of it now than before.

If the quality of your erections isn't as good as it used to be, it can be an issue of your general health, nutrition, fitness, weight, etc., not a specifically urological issue. You might need a general check up with lab tests to make sure.
