I have been having ED issues for five years, and now it has come to the point where I can no longer preform. I am only twenty years old,I have been to a doctor for this but he said I had no problems. I have used Cealis and it has worked well, is this what I must do for the rest of my life to obtain an erection?

The need for Cialis at your age is pretty unusual. I don't know what else is going on in your life or with your health. Assuming your doc did some labwork, probably including a testosterone level, you might need some sort of counseling. Can you ask about that? There are legitimate sex therapists who might be able to help.
