5mg Cialis for Daily Use occasionally combined with 25mg Viagra
DCPsychlist posted:
Hello all,

I have venous leak in my penis. I am 38 years old and in otherwise excellent health. I've found that taking 5mg of Cialis daily does give me better erections but I still don't "lock out" and get rock hard like I do if I take 50mg of Viagra. I tried taking 25mg of Viagra with Cialis and the two worked perfectly together as if I had taken 50mg of Viagra.

I am wondering if anyone has a professional opinion about the risks involved in taking these two drugs together at low doses. Unless, there is some synergistic effect, the two should basically combine to form one 10mg Cialis or a 50mg Viagra. 10mg of Cialis has basically the same effect as 5mg on me, and while I can have full intercourse with Cialis, I lose my erection with my girlfriend on top of me unless I put a super tight erection ring around the base of my penis which is sometimes awkward. I don't lose my erection with Viagra, but there is no spontaneity and that's a problem for her. So my creative solution has been to decide to occasionally take 25mg of Viagra to keep our lovemaking fresh.

Additionally, I also have questions about long term use of either of these drugs. I'm 38 and while I've concluded that the only way for me to consistently maintain an erection is with ED meds, I am concerned about long term risks.

my husband does 5mg/day and occassionally uses more cialis or viagara. He has other health issues....your blood pressure may drop. Get a good blood pressure machine and follow it. Also ask a good MD or Cardiologist. You likely will feel dizzy or light head if your blood pressure drops. Quickly eat something salty and drink water if this happens. The MD's knew he was doing this. We will be reevaluating all his meds soon.

Your girl friend better get over it. Get creative and make her feel wanted by you. If she can't handle it get a girl friend with less issues. This is from a married woman who handles it.

Have wondered about combining cialis and viagara for awhile. Tried it the other day at a low dosage(5 cialis and 80 viagara) and found it was amazing! I had a rock hardon for hours. My gal loved and so did I! Ill do it again for sure!

Sorry to bump this old post, but I am fascinated by your suggestion that 5mg daily dose works like the standard 10mg cialis dose for you. I am considering the 'cialis 5mg' and have been researching a lot on this topic. I found a refreshing bit of research at and they too conclude what you stated.

Dude - Never mix the 2 together, didn't you read the warnings on the instruction pdf you can ******** from the manufacturer.

If you have sex every day take the daily 5mg Cialis - It takes about a week to build up in your system.

If you have sex a few times a week take the 20Mg Cialis every 3 days - It lasts up to 36 hours (more like 48 for me).

If you only occasionally have sex take the 50Mg Viagra about 1 hour before you're ready to do the deed.

Never take the 2 together.
