For what? To treat hypertension or to treat the possible side effects of the medications?

To treat hypertension, weight loss (if obese), sodium restriction and alcohol avoidance.

To treat any ED side effects; discuss with your physician changing the anti-hypertensive meds to one that does not promote this unwanted side effect.
