Lower back problems

Txjetmech posted:
I am a 52 year old male and for the past few years I have been having lower back pains. Nothing in particular brings them on. Could be a turn, bend over, and the latest is from sex with my wife. The episode started Sunday night and has lasted until today. I was in enough discomfort to stay home from work. My family doctor says it is lumbar strain. I am in pretty good health so I do not understand this. I work on Jets and there is a lot of bending, stooping and climbing. Sometimes I can go for several months without much pain. I am at the point that I feel there is more to this than just a Lumbar strain. Anyone have an advice

Just googled lumber strain, and its as I thought its just one of these things that comes and goes, and its just when we do the odd quick turn, or in your case having a quicky then bingo out it goes and we are off work, have a look at this site, on page 2 you will find some simple exercises.
