AUGUSTA, GA: The United States has filed a civil False Claims Act complaint against Augusta Medical Systems ("Augusta Medical") and its former owner, Julian Osbon, for allegedly submitting fraudulent claims to Medicare and receiving over $690,000 in improper payments.
