ED and pre mature ejaculation

I have no ideo how at 35 I suffer from ED more times that not. Also with the loss of Erection, I can still ejaculate soft(no erection) My doctor gave me Cialis after a very embarssing exam.
The Cialis worked but was very helpful. In fact i am still waking up with morning erections and i haven't taken the drug for 2 weeks now. anybody else suffering from my problem, please feel free to share. Could use alot of help
