An_248274 posted:
I'm 50 year old male and off late I have having mild pain in forehead part of my penis when it is erect. Any suggestions what this could be. Is this temporary problem or something else?

Hi and welcome to WebMD,

Sorry your post got missed until now. While orgasm can trigger migraines in some men , what you're describing is a headache occurring with erection. It sounds like this is a new symptom for you so be sure to discuss this with your doctor to ensure your good health.
