Might because you are stressed... Just dont think about anything when you are making love to your partner.. also try to maintain a healthy diet with regular exercise. browse online for home remedies for ED and follow it. if the condition still persists, get a professional help....

HI Cindy,

Well i agree with you, stress could be problem and it is one of the cause for erectile dysfunction. I think using some herbal remedy or pills could help to get better results.

Are you a porn watcher? If so, your mind may be turning off the erection when it is not seeing/feeling the same things you have been watching. Try abstaining from porn for a month.

Are you a frequent masturbator? If so, your mind may be turning off the erection when it is not feeling the same level of stimulation that it feels when masturbating. Try abstaining from masturbation for a couple of weeks.

All that said, getting and keeping an erection is mostly a function of your brain and body's autonomic nervous system. You do not have a lot of direct control over whether or when you get an erection. The best you can do (like a previous poster replied) is to learn to relax and take your mind off worries (especially the worry that your erection will not stay strong). Much easier said than done, but you can make a conscious effort. And then, if you have a willing wife, even if it does go soft, she can manually stimulate you to climax just as you can give an orgasm to her manually. Try more foreplay and communication and telling each other what it feels like and what is working to get and keep you each aroused.

Hi Mikerz, So if your testosterone is OK then it could be blood flow problems, things like Cayenne, Ginger, Garlic and green tea will all help, try drinking 3 mugs of green tea with ginger, honey and lemon, Cayennethis mix with tomato paste to a heat that suits you or as hot as you can take, take 3 small spoonfulls before each meal, Garlic, chop a whloe head very fine and mix in olive oil, add a small heaped spoonful onto the top of the Cayenne and just mix into the top and take, wash down with water. see how this does you should know after a week, or form getting nocternal erections or good morning woods, if this works then this will need to become a way of life, your sex life.
Please come back to me if it works and we can give another boost.
Good luck
