Hi, I have a question about prostate massage during sexual relations. I have read a few articles about this and have tried external massage during masturbation. It feels good and creates an extreme sense of pleasure yet I feel the urge to try internal massage. I have attempted to discuss this with my wife but it always ends up in argument over her being disgusted with the thought of her doing it for me. I have seen a few devices (toys) that are inserted and used during sexual relations whether intercourse or oral or manual. Is it okay to use these sort of toys?

YES! It is safe and unobtrusive. Your wife may still be less than happy. Unless she feels the object benefits her, in some way...then if she reaps the benefit of your pleasure with Her, while you are using it!
