27 with limited erection issues - worried!
An_250883 posted:
So lately, in the past few months, I've been having erection troubles. Not like major ones - I can still typically get erect for at least one session before ejaculation, but after that, it is very difficult and my erection goes down quickly - even if I am not using a condom.

Also (and I may be imagining this) it seems harder to start peeing - I feel like I'm straining more to start.

I've done the following lifestyle changes recently:

I have been staying out later more frequently (though I'm cutting back on that)

I have been drinking more (though I've now cut back on that)

I did one dose of a hard drug (the only time ever, in my entire life) when I took an ectasy pill about 2 months ago

I have had a great deal of sexual partners (about 30)

All of these changes (except the sex partner) have been within the last 3 to 6 months.

I am in relatively good shape - I go to the gym regularly (at least 3-5 times a week, on average), I try to eat healthy - except for the fact that I've been drinking heavier and staying out later for the past 6 months, I'd say I'm healthier than the average American.

What could be causing my symptoms? I thought maybe it was just nervousness with partners, but I'm not even getting fully erect when I masturbate.

What's the best way to cure/alleviate this? Do I need viagra/cialis? Should I do kegels? Is there a bigger problem I should be worried about?

As you mentioned you go to gym it is good. But you are heavy drinker which is really a concern. As alcohol addiction or drinking results in loss of erection. Also you need to have few changes too. First try to have libido enhancing food like oysters, secondly workout and exercise regularly. Kegel will sure help you out. Also you should do avoid eating oily stuff and should starting running which would help you to have better blood circulation in body which would help you to get better erection.
