no erection despite using viagra and cialis
roxlover1 posted:
I am desperate for answers!! I have been dealing with ed for several years now and typically viagra has been helpful. Lately it hasn't been helping as much, so I had my doctor do a complete blood work on me for ed. Everything came back fine. I went to my urologist and he stated that this is something to expect with age, I'm only 48, I work out regularly and eat as healthy as I can and exercise 5 times a week. I look like the picture of health. My urologist has me on 5mg of cialis (daily regimen) and I recently started using a cpap machine for sleep apnea. for the first 3 weeks I used the cialis and 150-200 mg of viagra and the two together worked perfectly.I had erections like I did when I was 18 and there was no effort to getting them. Now the last 5 times my girlfriend and I have tried to make love, I have no response at all. Her and I have filmed ourselves in the past and when I have used those videos when I'm alone for a visual aid, I have been able to reach climax, however it still is taking a long time and I don't get fully aroused. My girlfriend has handled this whole thing perfectly, never does she put pressure on me or say anything to make me feel bad about myself but I know she is disappointed and I am desperate for an answer on what I can do.I love her so much and we have discussed marriage and despite these issues sexually she has told me that she is going nowhere and that she loves me deeply. I hate letting her down and I want to get a handle on this for her sake and also for mine. I miss making love to her and feeling confident about myself. Please help me someone with any answers that you may have. I am going to the cleveland clinic to see a specialist in March but would like more solutions if anyone out there has any and also to hear from the doctors on here. This has taken a toll on my confidence and on my love life, I think about sex all of the time with my girlfriend because of how much I love her and want to show her physically. She turns me on so much but it doesn't show because of a lack of an erection or a semi hard one. I am searching for any help from someone, this is such a huge weight on my mind and I just want to find a way to move past it. I don't have money and I know insurances don't typically pay for ed treatments but I have to find a way to get back to normal for my girlfriend and for myself. Help me Please I am begging you for some solutions!!!!

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I will check that out. Have you used it? How effective is it? Any side effects? My dr claims that most ed cases are psychosomatic but I am deeply in love with and deeply turned on by my gf and can't understand how that could be the case. I don't understand where the disconnect is if that's the case. Do you ed as well?

I have been having ED since about 2008. As a man you want to be able to please your woman sexually and it bothers me tremendously when I cant maintain or get a erection. I have tried all the different oral pills from Cialis, Viagra, and Levitra. I also went to a Boston Medical Group clinic in Washington DC that prescribe intracavernous pharmacotherapy, or ICP as a form of treatment. This is when you Do injection into your penis to gain a erection and it last for 30 minutes. The whole concept of injecting a needle in my penis freaked me out but when your desperate you will try anything ( actually you dont know that they do injection until you get there. Once they inject me, 15 minutes later, I received a full erection. I was happy but when I go talk to the doctor, He tells me the price for the serum that you inject, over 1200 for 60 dosage. I just could not afford that much money. I am now not using anything. My wife is being very understanding too. She never complains, tells me "Dont worry, its ok" Its not ok for me, It really messes with my self asteem because I want to sexually satisfy her so bad but without a consistent erection I am doomed. I am glad for support sites like these, because it help you know that you are not alone with your struggle with ED. I am also active in the gym 3-4 times a week. If you find out anything that work please let me know and I will do the same for you. I have never heard of trimix before? I am desperate to find something. Good Luck

Sufficient penis erection is due to relaxation of blood vessels present in corpora cavernosa. In presence of sexual stimuli neurotransmitters are sreleased. Under the influence of these neurotransmitters endothelial cells of cavernous release nitric oxide. Nitric oxide stimulates the formation of chemicals like cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). These chemical in turn causes relaxation of smooth muscles and blood vessels of penis. If you wish you can use Avanafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic-GMP—specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), the predominant isozyme metabolizing cyclic GMP in the corpus cavernosum. By selectively inhibiting cyclic-GMP catabolism in cavernosal smooth-muscle cells, Avanafil would be expected to restore the natural erectile response to sexual stimulation. Avanafil belongs to the same class of drugs as Viagra i.e., PDE5 inhibitors, but it has quicker onset of action. Its onset of action is within 15 minutes GTP. I got it from Drugsdropship24 at a very low cost and found it very effective.
