IN 1999 I HAD A PENILE INFLATABLE IMPLANT. ABOUT FEBRUARY 2014 IT BURST ED. I AM 70 YEARS OLD WITH A MITRAL VALVE REPLACED IN 2003, WITH DIABETES UNDER CONTROL. I HAVE MEDICARE HMO MY DOCTOR AT THE HMO SAYS THAT IT WILL BE RISKY TO HAVE IT REPLACED
MY WIFE WANTS ME TO GET A SECOND OPINION BUT MY HMO
WANTS ME TO STAY INACTIVE.
I NEED SOME MEDICAL ADVISED
ANY SUGGESTIONS

Hi How about seeing your urologist see what he says about your problem.
But do give him all your heath facts, and take it from there, yes or no.
