please help..... i have noticed what feels like a calcium buildup in my penis. please dont rush to peyronies immediately as to the cause. my dorsal vein (or what i believe to be) the large vein above my urethra, has a spot about 1cm that feels hard or clogged located about half way down my penis. this is the only location of the buildup or whatever it is. it completely envelops this vein and i dont know what to do. i am worried and i feel as if my urologist is makin a hasty conclusion. i dont show the signs of peyronies outwardly. i dont know where to turn to and i am emotionally distraught. any help would be much appreciated. by the way , my urethra has been checked and there are no signs of trouble there. thanks

Veins don't clog without showing rapid disease progression. Lymph channels clog (and look like veins without color), but if they're rigid, they usually are uncomfortable. Calcium doesn't have anywhere to build up in your penis. However you could have a wart or infected hair follicle under the skin that is causing ahardness in a localized area. If you are worried about it, go see a urologist. Your PCP will not be able to help you. They don't have the training.
