penile implant after surgery for peyronies
sunset38 posted:
I've had surgery for peyronies and now have a problem achieving an erection. Additionally, my penis is now somewhat shorter. I'm considering a penile implant, but can't afford any further shortning of the penis. Anyone with a similar experience, who can offer any advice, would be appreciated

Sheldon Marks, MD responded:
The implant will only take you out to what your anatomy allows. It will work great and almost all my patients over almost 30 years have been happy with the results. The key is to find a skilled and experienced urologist.
