My one yr old daughter's pupils are not directly centered in her iris and are rather slightly medially located They have a positive Red light reflex and are equal and reactive to light Should I have any concern with their placement?

Pupils are not always "geographically" centered in the middle of the iris. If both pupils are perfectly round, reactive to light, and are both identically decentered "medially", this is almost certainly a normal variation with no harmful effect.
