I am seeing spots, like I have looked into a bright light or the sun. What are the possible causes of this. I have never had a migrane before and don't think this is it.

If the spots are always there in certain light conditions and they move, they are likely to be "floaters".

If this is a new symptom, it is a very good reason to see an ophthalmologist for a full evaluation.
