    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I have cataracts and I had myopia before LASIK surgery. The LASIK surgery was done in the late 90s and I have had cataracts for the last few years. The doctors do not want to operate on them yet, for fear that a detached retina problem may result. So, my vision has been steadily getting worse. In Ohio, you have to take a vision test in order to renew your driver's license. The machines they use are difficult to work with. The last time I was at my eye doctors, I thought she mentioned a form I could get to state I was tested at the doctors and could skip the eye test part at the DMV. My question is, does such a form exist or is there another place I can go for an eye test, besides the DMV?
