Hole in Retina

I am a 23 yrs old male. I have been diagnosed with hole in retina of each of my eyes.But I have normal vision, neither do I have night blindness or colour blindness. Do I need to undergo a laser surgery?

The answer is unrelated to night or color blindness. The question is whether you have a retinal hole which is likely to progress to a retinal detachment. If yes, then laser treatment is a reasonable treatment.
