My two month old son's iris appear lower than center of the pupil. The left eye is more noticeable than the right. I can not find information about this on line and have never heard of it before. Is there reason for concern?

It is very difficult to picture exactly what you are describing. Best idea is to let pediatrician take a look and if any doubt, then a pediatric ophthalmologist.

I have an uncentered pupil. But I also had cataract surgery when i was 6 months. Im not sure if it was due to the surgery or I was born with it. The problem that I have now is that I cant wear contact lenses because of my off center pupil. I know this probably doesnt help answere your question but I thought I would share.
