Athlete's Foot HECK

I'm at my wits end and contemplating chopping my foot off since that seems to be the only solution. TWO YEARS! ago I contracted mollescum and athlete's foot from my gym. It was terrible. I had the mollescum frozen off, and despite a few scars its gone. Or so I think. I have areas on my knee caps that seem to be mollescum, but its not going away like the other areas did. It's extremely itchy, scaly and since I scratch the heck out of it, it's super red and tends to bleed. On the inside of my right foot ankle I have what I thought was mocassin athletes foot. Again, this was contracted 2 years ago but is persistent as the first day. This area is also super itchy and scaly. I've tried everything- RX creams, cortisone 1% creams, lotriman sprays and while it may work for 3 minutes, the itchy comes back darn near immediately and again...two years of this craziness, you'd think it naturally would disappear. Amputation isn't a joke, I know, but that's how frustrated and disgusted with myself that I've become. PLEASE help!!!!!!
