I have severe heel pain in my left foot. The pain is on the bottom and hurts constantly. I thought it might be a heel spur, but can they hurt even when you lift your foot or touch the area with your finger? This is new to me, just wondered if anyone else had this problem.

It is most likely a heel spur. I recently had 3 stress fractures in my heel, but the pain was on the sides of my heel. Bottom of the heel pain is a heel spur in most cases.
