ok please tell me...who had to go to a foot doctor to get a bunion removed and How old were you when you had it done? Last question, do they have to put you to sleep while they fix

I'm scared to be put under for them to removed my bunion ..why I'm asking does age affect the procedure ..like tonsils..it's best to get them out when you're young because you can die if removed when you're older? LOL I know it sounds weird but I'm 40 and scared of having foot surgery.

Hello: I had a bunionectomy at the age of 28. They did put me out under a local.

It went fine. I was weight bearing right away in a boot and out of the boot in 6 weeks. It hurt but it was bearable.

They ask so many questions. they do moniter you if something should go wrong, right?
now I'm worried and scared..lol....what if I don't know if I have a heart problem or whatever and something happens? what if I don't wake up or wake up during?
I'm 40 year young baby..LOL
